Derma-Active Professional Aesthetic Electroporator
Derma-Active is a “combined” electroporation system meticulously engineered to treat various skin imperfections across the face, body, and scalp using controlled electrical impulses. These impulses can be used independently or in synergy with a mechanical massage function powered by integrated vibrating spheres.
The operator can select exclusive electrical impulses or integrate them with mechanical vibration. This flexibility allows for precise protocol customization based on the client’s sensitivity and specific therapeutic goals for facial, body, and scalp zones.
Derma-Active facilitates the transdermal delivery of the complete Derma 2.0 range, including Sterile Cocktails, Sterile Mono-actives, and Exosomes. To ensure optimal conductivity and absorption, these active ingredients must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio with the specialized Derma-Active Conductive Gel.
The device features an intuitive control system with a Color Touch Screen Display that guides the user through every operational phase. This advanced interface allows the operator to work with full autonomy, easily personalizing treatments according to the client’s physiology and the specific concern being addressed. (Note: The software interface operates in Italian).

Professionals can utilize Derma-Active to deliver the full range of Derma 2.0 sterile cocktails, mono-actives, and exosomes. When mixed with the specific conductive “Derma-Active Gel,” the device effectively treats multiple imperfections, including: wrinkles, loss of tone, eye bags, active acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, localized adiposity, cellulite, and alopecia.
Massage Function
The operator can select from 11 work programs adaptable to the face and body. These programs use calibrated powers and frequencies to improve specific imperfections. The integrated vibrating spheres induce mechanical stimulation that activates local microcirculation. This process optimizes the transdermal delivery of cosmetic products while simultaneously improving tissue oxygenation and nutrition. Additionally, the massage function reduces the discomfort often associated with high-intensity electroporation, ensuring a more comfortable experience for the client.
The Electroporation Principle
Electroporation employs short electric pulses at specific voltages to overcome the cell membrane barrier. By applying an external electric field slightly higher than the membrane’s resistance threshold, the device induces transient and reversible permeabilization. This temporary state allows for the intracellular transfer of molecules through passive diffusion and electrophoretic mechanisms, facilitating deep penetration of active ingredients.
